For the past 12 years, Cowabunga Bay has been more than just a waterpark. It's been a place where families came together, friendships were made, and Summer memories were created one splash at a time.
Since opening our gates in 2014, we've had the privilege of being part of countless Summer traditions. We've watched little ones conquer their first waterslide, heard laughter echo across the wave pool, and seen families return year after year to make new memories together. From the biggest thrills to the simplest moments spent soaking up the sunshine, every Summer has been special because of you.
That's what made Cowabunga Bay so much more than a collection of slides and pools. It was the people who filled it with life.
After 12 unforgettable years, we've made the difficult decision that Cowabunga Bay will not reopen for the 2027 Summer. We know this news may be disappointing, especially for the families who have made visiting us part of their Summer traditions. Please know this decision was not made lightly.
To our guests who spent their Summers with us, our team members who brought the park to life, and our community partners who supported us along the way: thank you. You helped make Cowabunga Bay a place filled with laughter, connection, and memories that will last far beyond our final Summer.
While our chapter in Henderson is coming to a close, our story in Las Vegas is far from over.
We're excited to continue welcoming families to Cowabunga Canyon in Summerlin, where the slides, splashes, and Summer fun will continue in 2027 and beyond. Our commitment to creating memorable experiences for the Las Vegas community remains, and we look forward to making even more memories together.

Season Passes
Yes! Your Combo Pass will be honored at Cowabunga Canyon throughout the 2027 Season. No additional action is required.
No exchange is necessary! Your 2027 Season Pass will be honored at Cowabunga Canyon in Summerlin. However, you'll still need to process your 2027 Season Pass before your first visit. Once processed, you can enjoy all the benefits of your pass at Cowabunga Canyon throughout the 2027 Season.
We understand that access to both parks was part of your original purchase. You can continue using your 2027 Season Pass at Cowabunga Canyon for the entire season, or you can submit a refund request through the dedicated form available below.
Your 2027 Season Pass benefits will continue to be honored at Cowabunga Canyon, including FREE parking, applicable discounts, Bring-A-Friend tickets, and other included perks.
Your existing Payment Plan will continue as scheduled, and your 2027 Season Pass will be valid at Cowabunga Canyon once all required payments have been completed.

Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted through the online form to ensure they are properly documented and directed to our team for review.
Yes, refund requests must be submitted by December 31, 2026, through the dedicated refund request form available on either park's website.
Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24–48 hours. Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Guests requesting a refund for their Combo Pass will receive a full refund of their purchase.

Tickets and Booking
