Yes, everyone will need a ticket to enter.
Yes, you can bring in a cake and we will store it. Ice cream cakes are not allowed.
You can use the tickets for adults or children. Everyone entering the party will need a ticket.
You have access to the park all day, you will head to the birthday at your designated time slot. Guests can enter with Season Pass holders at 10:45am.
Based on the package you book, we have different locations. Luau is under a group umbrella and Aloha is located in a cabana.
Yes, the discount is already included in the package.
Luau package is for a 3 hour time slot, Aloha is all day.
They will each need a ticket to get in, they will need to use 2 of the 10 tickets included in the package. They will each get to spin the wheel for a prize.
You can use your season passes to get in, but you will only be allowed a max of 15 people in the party area.
For the Luau package, your tickets will be emailed once you book your party online. For the Aloha package, your tickets will be waiting at check in for all guests.
Yes, we do allow presents, we recommend a party bag. Wrapped presents will have to be opened for security purposes.
Yes, we do allow decorations and balloons if you have a birthday party booked. Please keep them to a minimum at your designated tables. We do not allow goody bags, streamers, banners, piñatas or confetti.
