The bearer of this ticket grants PYEK Group, LLC and Henderson Water Park LLC the right to film, videotape, photograph the bearer on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Violations of the park rules or applicable local, state, or federal law will result in expulsion without refund. The park rules, in part, provide that inappropriate clothes or the use of offensive words, phrases, gestures or graphics are prohibited. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, may endanger others, or is in poor taste is prohibited.
BEARER, FOR THEMSELVES AND HIS/HER MINOR CHILDREN, DEPENDENTS, HEREBY AGREES TO THE FOREGOING TERMS AND FURTHER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PYEK GROUP LLC AND/OR COWABUNGA VEGAS WATERPARK LLC AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES (THE COMPANIES) FROM AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSE OF ACTIONS, DEMANDS, AND LIABILITED FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH, THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE BEARER’S USE OR THAT ANY MINOR CHILDREN OR DEPENDENTS OF THE BEARER, OF THE PARK FACILITIES OR ANY DEATH, THAT MAY ARISE OF OR IN CONNECTIONS WITH THE BEARER’S USE OR THAT ANY MINOR CHILDREN OR DEPENDENTS OF THE BEARER, OF THE PARK FACILITED OR ANY OCCURRENCE ON THE PARK PREMISES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING OUT OF THE COMPANIES’ OR ANOTHER’S NEGLIGENCE. BEARER UNDERSTANDS THERE IS A RISK INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITES AND THE PARK PREMISES AND BEARER, FOR THEMSELVES AND HIS/HER MINOR CHILDREN OR DEPENDENTS, ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISHES INHERENT IN THE PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVIES, THE USE OF THE FACILITIES, THE CONDUCT OF OTHER PARTIES, AND THE AMENITIES AVAILABLE OF THE PREMISES.

Cabana and Shade Lounger rentals do not include park admission, which must be purchased separately. Cabanas comfortably seat up to eight (8) guests but may accommodate up to ten (10); reservations may be made for up to ten guests, and a $50 fee may apply for groups exceeding this limit. Bungalow Cabana reservations may accommodate up to twenty (20) guests. Shade Loungers include two (2) chairs and are intended for up to two (2) guests, though reservations may include up to four (4) guests. All reservations are subject to availability. Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and large coolers are not permitted, and smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the park. Check-in is required at the Cabana Check-In Counter inside Admissions, and guests must present a confirmation email or printed ticket; a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase may also be required. VIP wristbands, if issued, are non-transferable and must be worn during the visit. Cabana service concludes one (1) hour prior to park closing, and guests are required to settle any outstanding balances with their server before departure; unpaid balances may be subject to a 20% service fee. Season Passholders receive 15% off Standard Cabanas Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays and weekends; this discount must be requested at check-in and cannot be applied retroactively. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a full refund or free reschedule; cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled. No-shows or arrivals after 1:00 PM will result in forfeiture without refund. If weather conditions result in attraction closures exceeding one (1) consecutive hour or an early park closure, a one-time reschedule may be offered; reschedules must be completed in person at the Cabana Check-In Counter before 3:00 PM and while attractions remain closed. If planning to arrive after 2:00 PM, guests must call in advance or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Food and beverage service is available for Cabanas only.
If parking is not included in your package, parking is $10.00 per vehicle. An additional fee of $150.00–$300.00 will be charged to the card on file at the park’s discretion after the guest vacates the cabana or birthday space if there are damages to cabanas or umbrellas from decorations or use, including stains, trash, confetti, etc. Only 5 additional guests can be added to each package; otherwise, another package must be purchased or receive Cowabunga Vegas Group Sales approval. Party packages must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event; if paying by credit card, a completed CC Authorization Form must be returned. Payment plans are available for packages booked at least two months in advance. To cancel or rebook for a different date, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event; party packages are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event (restrictions apply). If severe weather causes the park to close on the event date, an alternate date will be arranged. Tickets and vouchers purchased for birthday parties are valid only on the day of the event; unused tickets or food and beverage vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the park, except for sealed bottled water and approved birthday cake or cupcakes.
By purchasing a ticket or attending Family Slide Night at Cowabunga Bay on May 29 from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM, guests agree to follow all park rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions. Admission is $34.99 for General Admission guests, while valid Season Passholders receive free entry. Participation in attractions involves inherent risks, and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Cowabunga Bay reserves the right to deny admission or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. Event details and attraction availability may change due to weather, capacity, or operational needs. By attending, guests consent to event photography and video for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket or attending CBB Family Glow in the Park at Cowabunga Bay on June 5th, guests agree to comply with all posted park rules, attraction requirements, and staff instructions at all times. This special glow-themed event is included with regular park admission and does not require a separate event ticket. Standard full gate pricing of $49.99 applies for all-day admission on June 5th, and dynamic ticket pricing will not be available for this date. Valid Season Passholders may attend the event and use eligible passholder entitlements in accordance with their pass benefits and restrictions. Family Glow in the Park activities and entertainment—including glow giveaways, DJ entertainment, lighting effects, neon décor, slinky performers, Cyr Wheel performers, and robot characters—will operate from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM and are subject to change, delay, or cancellation due to weather, operational needs, or safety concerns. Glow giveaway items are available while supplies last and may be limited per guest. A valid active Season Pass and matching identification may be required for admission. Event hours, attractions, entertainment offerings, and slide availability are subject to change due to weather, maintenance, operational needs, or safety concerns. Participation in water attractions and event activities involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries, and all attendees voluntarily assume such risks by attending. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
